She is also a co-owner with Sally Lane of Southwest HospiTotally at Hyatt Tamaya.
Sally Lane majored in history at the University of Houston and has used her love of dates and events to the utmost. Starting on the phone with Destination Southwest in Convention Sales, she quickly moved out into the field as a tour guide. When Sally and her business partner bought Destination Southwest in 1996 the company was already known as a premier DMC, as well as a respected Receptive Tour Operator. She has also served on the board of directors of the Albuquerque Convention and Visitors Bureau, four of which were on the executive committee. She is also co-owner with Lydia Hansen of Southwest HospiTotally at Hyatt Tamaya.
Sally and Lydia are proud members of NTA, ABA, TANM, Bank Travel, and RSA. They continually strive to keep up with new industry trends and are tireless in promoting New Mexico as a travel and convention destination. They feel very fortunate to have a wonderful team of experienced tour guides/directors who provide exceptional customer service and contribute to Destination Southwest’s outstanding reputation.
